儿科病房使用10 ml塑料安瓿生理盐水作为吸痰冲洗液的效果研究

目的探讨在儿科病房使用10 ml塑料安瓿生理盐水作为吸痰冲洗液对降低医院感染、节约人力、病房管理等方面的效果,为在儿科病房中推广使用提供依据。方法选择2015年5月～2016年10月本院小儿内科收治的需经口鼻腔吸痰的80例患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组采用10 ml塑料安瓿生理盐水作为吸痰冲洗液,一次性使用;对照组采用500 ml玻璃瓶装生理盐水作为吸痰冲洗液,24 h更换。收集对照组吸痰后6、12 h细菌培养结果,对两组在院内感染发生率、单次吸痰耗时、每日吸痰物资准备及处置时间和日均吸痰生理盐水费用等方面进行对比。结果观察组在院内感染发生率、单次吸痰耗时、每日吸痰物资准备及处置时间方面要少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组吸痰后6、12 h细菌培养均为阳性。两组日均吸痰生理盐水费用比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论采用10 ml塑料安瓿生理盐水作为吸痰冲洗液,在安全性、快捷性、实用性方面有明显优势,可降低院内感染发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of 10 ml plastic ampoule normal saline as suctioning flushing liquid in the pediatric ward.Method Eightly children with oral and nasal sputum aspiration were selected from May 2015 to October 2016 in pediatric medicine department of our hospital,then they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,each with 40 cases.10 ml plastic ampoule saline was used as sputum suction flushing fluid in experimental group,for one-time use.The 500 ml glass bottled saline was used as the sputum suction flushing fluid in the control group which was replaced every 24 hours.Bacterial culture results of flushing fluid,the single sputum suction time,daily material preparation and disposal time and daily average cost of saline for sputum suction were compared between the two groups.Results The single sputum suction time,the preparation and disposal time in the experiment group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Bacterial cultures of the two groups were negative before sputum suction.The positive rate of bacterial culture was higher in the control group at 6 hours after suctioning,and the bacterial culture was positive 12h and 24h after suctioning.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the average daily cost of natural saline ( P >0.05).Conclusion 10 ml plastic ampoule saline as an economical,convenient and safe suction liquid,it can reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
