中国城乡老年人志愿服务参与意愿的影响因素分析——以2015年第四次中国城乡老年人生活状况抽样调查数据为基础

Elderly Volunteering Service Participation Inclination Predictors' Analysis of China's Urban and Rural Areas:Based on Data of the 4th Sampling Survey of the Living Conditions of the Elderly in Urban and Rural Areas of China

老年人志愿服务是老年人社会参与的主要方式之一,也是实现老年人自身和社会价值的重要形式。文章基于2015年第四次中国城乡老年人生活状况抽样调查数据,以积极老龄化为视角,从社会结构、家庭支持、经济—健康—社会等维度选取变量,较系统地分析了老年人志愿服务参与意愿的影响因素,研究发现城镇女性老年人较男性老年人志愿服务参与意愿更强,有配偶较无配偶的老年人志愿服务参与意愿更强,与儿子或女儿同吃住都会减少老年人志愿服务参与意愿,良好的经济、健康状况及文体娱乐参与都会促进老年人志愿服务参与意愿。提出应进一步提高老年人生活质量,解除老年人后顾之忧,提供适于老年人社会参与机制的建议。

Elderly volunteering service is the main way of elderly social participation,and also the form of realizing self and social value,In view of productive aging, the study based on data of The 4th Sampling Survey of the Living Con. ditions of the Elderly in Urban and Rural Areas of China, selected variables from dimension of social-structure,family support, economy-health-society,through systematic analysis of affecting factors of elderly volunteering service partici. pation, study shows that female elderly has more participation inclination than male in urban area instead of rural area;elderly with spouse usually has higher participation inclination than the counterpart;living and eating either with son or daughter can decrease elderly participation inclination;elderly with better self–rated economy,self-rated health,and more leisure time usually has higher volunteering service participation inclination than the counterpart. For improving elderly volunteering service participation inclination,measures should be implemented to improve the elderly living conditions and quality,and solve problems,alleviate burden,and provide suitable participating mechanism for elderly.
