在业人口作为一个特殊人群,反映了一个地方的经济活力程度和经济发展态势。通过统计资料分析发现,贵州在业人口呈增长态势,而且农村多于城镇,但城乡间"此长彼减"的趋势明显;在业人口在产业间随产业调整呈现一定的变动,但第一产业人口依旧最多。其中,本科毕业生就业率水平低于全国均值,农村剩余劳动力就业渠道主要是外出务工,困难特殊群体的就业改善得益于"精准扶贫"的强力推进但问题仍然存在。通过比较还看出,贵州的就业结构、劳动力素质及其转移水平相较低下。从缩小差距和进一步推进贵州经济社会发展出发,优化、调整产业与就业结构,创新就业形式,拓展就业空间,提升就业水平,着实是当下一个值得认真思考的问题。

Starting from narrowing the gap and further promoting Guizhou's economic and social development,optimizing and adjusting the structure of industry and employment,innovating employment forms,expanding employment space and improving employment level,which is a question worthy of serious consideration nowadays.
