摘要 本文研究了熔渗工艺制备Mo-Cu合金的影响因素。结论指出:钼铜熔渗开始之前,将铜板放置在钼骨架下方熔渗效果更佳;熔渗时,温度应控制在1 200~1 350℃、时间控制在60~120 min较为适宜;升温速率控制在1. 5~2. 5℃/min,而降温时应选择快速降温。H_2气氛和真空气氛熔渗对Mo-Cu合金最终性能影响不同,各有优劣势。选用石墨坩埚较氧化铝坩埚性价比更高。 Effecting Factors of Mo-Cu alloy infiltration processing were studied in this paper. As the result,it is priority to take the copper plate under Mo skeleton beforein filtration processing . Infiltration temperature should be controlled between 1 200 to 1 350 ℃,and infiltration time should be controlled between 60 to 120 minutes,and heating rate should be controlled between 1. 5 to 2. 5 ℃/min. It is priority to choose the rapid cooling rate after infiltration was over. The effecting of hydrogen atmosphere and vacuum atmosphere on Mo-Cu infiltration is different and each has advantages or disadvantages. Graphite crucible is more cost-effective than alumina crucible.
