隔附灸治疗癌症化疗后白细胞减少症的效果

Curative effects of aconite-separated moxibustion in treatment of leukopenia after cancer chemotherapy

目的观察隔附灸对化疗后患者白细胞减少症的预防作用,并观察患者生存质量、住院时间、G-CSF使用次数及治疗相关费用的变化。方法收集2016年11月～2018年11月本院门诊及住院接诊的恶性肿瘤化疗中患者共100例,治疗组在化疗前一天开始隔附灸患者肾俞(双)、命门、膏肓(双)每穴4壮,及悬灸足三里(双)七个穴位,连续10d。对照组予以鲨肝醇100mg,每日三次口服,连续10d。记录每个化疗周期0、7、10d血液分析,两组患者住院时间、G-CSF使用次数及治疗相关费用的变化。结果治疗组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组患者住院时间、G-CSF使用次数及治疗相关费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论隔附灸治疗癌症化疗后白细胞减少症的效果确切,可有效改善患者病情,减少治疗费用。

Objective To observe the preventive effects of kidney warming aconite-separated moxibustion on leukopenia in patients after chemotherapy and to observe the changes in quality of life,hospital stay,G-CSF using times and treatment-related costs. Methods 100 patients with malignant tumor who underwent chemotherapy in inpatients department and outpatient department in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were selected and they were divided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group began moxibustion on Shen Shu point(double),Mingmen point and Gao Huang point(double) with four moxa cones in each point and suspended moxibustion on seven points of Zusanli(double) on the day before chemotherapy for 10 consecutive days.Patients in the control group were given 100 mg of batyl alcohol orally three times a day for 10 consecutive days.Blood analysis at 0,7,and 10 days of each chemotherapy cycle,changes in hospital stay,G-CSF using times and treatment-related costs were recorded. Results The curative effects of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).As the table one showed that hospital stay,G-CSF using times and treatment-related costs of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Aconite-separated moxibustion in treatment of leukopenia has accurative curative effects,which can effectively improve diseases of patients and reduce treatment costs.
