不同年龄段特发性膜性肾病的临床特征差异性分析

Analysis on differences in clinical characteristics of idiopathic membranous nephropathy in different age stages

目的分析不同年龄段特发性膜性肾病的临床特征差异性。方法选取我院2015年1月～2016年12月收治的100例特发性膜性肾病患者作为研究对象,依据年龄分为青年组50例和中老年组50例,对其临床特征差异性展开分析。结果青年组临床分期、临床表现与中老年组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);实验室检查指标相比较,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论不同年龄段特发性膜性肾病患者临床分期、临床表现无明显差异但实验室检查指标差异性明显,临床应予以足够重视。

Objective To analyze differences in clinical characteristics of idiopathic membranous nephropathy in different age stages. Methods 100 patents with idiopathic membranous nephropathy who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects.According to age,they were divided into the youth group and the middle-aged and elderly group,with 50 cases in each group.Differences in clinical characteristics of them were analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in clinical stages and clinical manifestations between the youth group and the middle-aged and elderly group(P > 0.05).The differences in indexes of laboratory examination were statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in clinical stage and clinical manifestations of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy in different ages,but the differences in laboratory examination indexes are obvious,which should be paid enough attention to in clinical practice.
