Consideration about the Work of News Public Opinion in the New Era

随着中国信息化步伐的加快,以互联网为基础的信息化社会使政党执政的基本环境发生显著改变。一方面传统社会管理模式受到挑战,舆论危机、信息安全事件频发;另一方面,主流舆论媒体的传播力、引导力、影响力、公信力在弘扬社会正气、通达社情民意、引导社会热点、疏导公众情绪等方面发挥重要作用。面对新时代舆论的复杂性特征,以及新闻舆论环境变迁带来的机遇与挑战,唯有做好新闻舆论工作的人才建设、媒体建设、受众建设、体制机制建设,才能在当前意识形态领域打好主动仗、唱响主旋律、弘扬正能量。

With the acceleration of China's informationization,the Internet-based information society has significantly changed the basic environment of political party governance.On the one hand,the traditional social management model has been challenged,and public opinion crises and information security incidents have occurred frequently;On the other hand,the communication,guidance,influence,and credibility of the mainstream media have played an important role in promoting social integrity,communicating social sentiments,guiding social hotspots,and diverting public sentiment.In the face of the complexity of public opinion in the New Era and the opportunities and challenges brought by the changes in the environment of news and public opinion,only by doing a good job in the construction of talents,media,audience and system and mechanism for the work of news and public opinion,can we take the initiative,sing the main melody and carry forward the positive energy in the field of current ideology.
