摘要
针对目前实现谐波检测的系统集成度不高的缺陷,本文研究基于SOPC技术的微电网谐波检测系统。系统硬件的设计包括信号调理电路与Qsys系统硬件模块的设计。信号调理电路由电压互感器、放大输出路、滤波电路、抗干扰电路组成。通过在Qsys嵌入式开发平台上编写Verilog HDL代码文件进行ADC模块、显示模块与相关辅助模块等Qsys系统硬件模块设计。系统的软件设计在集成开发环境中进行,采用C语言编程实现数据处理、数据结果显示的功能,再通过FFT算法完成对谐波信号的数据分析。最后利用所设计的谐波检测系统对微电网信号进行检测,实验结果表明,本文所设计系统实现了对各次谐波含量的检测,具有的极强灵活性与可拓展性,可随时进行参数和结构修改,本文设计的系统具有强大的应用价值。
Due to the system integration of harmonic detection is not high,the harmonic detection system based on SOPC technology is studied in my paper,realize the harmonic detection of micro grid.The hardware design of my paper includes the design of signal conditioning circuit and Qsys system hardware module.The signal conditioning circuit consists of voltage transformer,amplifier output circuit,filter circuit and anti-interference circuit.The Qsys system hardware module design of the ADC module,display module and related auxiliary modules is made by writing Verilog HDL code file.The software design of the system is carried out in the integrated development environment,and the C language programming is adopted to accomplish the functions of data processing and data display.The data of harmonic signal is analyzed by FFT algorithm.Finally,the harmonic detection system is used to detect the Micro-Grid signal.The experiment results show that the design system of my paper realizes the detection of harmonic content.The system designed in my paper can be modified with parameters and structure at any time,with great flexibility and expansibility,with strong application value.
