改革开放以来我国区域差距的演变

Evolution of Regional Disparity in China since the Reform and Opening-up

改革开放以来,我国区域差距经历了重大演变。基于现价人均GDP加权基尼系数、加权变异系数和最大最小值之比,将区域差距演变划分为五个阶段:1978～1990年的大幅缩小阶段、1991～1996年的快速扩大阶段、1997～2004年的缓慢扩大阶段、2005～2014年的显著缩小阶段、2015年至今出现缓慢扩大现象的阶段。我国区域差距的演变主要受区域政策及全球经济状况、国家发展战略、宏观经济结构等的影响。区域政策的设计顺应了国内外经济形势,且控制好了设计的时间节点,总体来看,改革开放以来我国区域差距在缩小。

Since the reform and opening up,China’s regional disparity has undergone a great evolution.Based on the weighted Gini coefficient,the weighted coefficient of variation andthe ratio of maximum to minimum value of per capita GDP,the regional disparity in China is divided into five stages:the sharp reduction phase of 1978-1990,the rapid expansion phase of 1991-1996,the slow expansion phase of 1997-2004,and the significant expansion of 2005-2014,the slow expansion phase since 2015.The evolution of regional disparities is mainly affected by theregional policy,global economic situation,national development strategy and macroeconomic structure.China’s regional policies conforms to the domestic and international economic situation,and controls the time nodes of design.Therefore,since the reform and opening up,China’s regional disparityhas generally narrowed.
