体育促进残障青少年生活能力提高的跟踪研究——以20名脑瘫青少年为例

基于对20名脑瘫青少年的跟踪研究,针对他们身体部分的功能障碍,制定详细合理的体育运动方法,通过体育运动提高他们身体的活动能力并促进他们各方面能力的发展。对照组采用推拿、针灸,理疗;实验组采用前者的基础上加入体育运动与指导,运动功能的提高采用脑瘫疗效评估法(GMFM)对比,生活能力的提高采用(WeeFIM)生活能力评定量表评定,对运动干预采用粗大运动功能分级(GMFCS)评估。结果显示两组训练周期结束后的比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。得出脑瘫儿童在做康复疗法的治疗过程中,使用体育运动的介入,促进患者运动能力与生活能力提高的效果,体育与医学康复的相结合,提高了残障青少年身体的各项功能指标。粗大运动功能测试与生活独立性功能测试的前后数据对比,实验组的康复预期效果明显,有力的说明了体育运动可以促进残障青少年生活能力的提高,医学康复与体育相结合效果才会愈发的明显。

Based on a follow-up study of 20 adolescents with cerebral palsy, a detailed and reasonable method of physical exercise was developed to improve their physical activity ability and promote the development of their various abilities. The control group was treated with massage,acupuncture and physiotherapy;the experimental group was treated with physical exercise and guidance on the basis of the former. The improvement of motor function was compared with that of cerebral palsy efficacy evaluation method(GMFM), the improvement of living ability was assessed with WeeFIM, and the intervention was assessed with gross motor function classification(GMFCS).The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups after the end of the training cycle(P < 0.05). It is concluded that in the course of rehabilitation therapy for children with cerebral palsy, sports intervention is used to promote the effect of improving patients’ sports ability and living ability, and the combination of sports and medical rehabilitation improves the various functional indicators of disabled adolescents. Comparing the data before and after the gross motor function test and life independence function test, the expected effect of rehabilitation in the experimental group is obvious, which strongly illustrates that sports can promote the improvement of life ability of disabled adolescents, and the combination of medical rehabilitation and sports will be more obvious.
