摘要
Rh_3和Rk_2有良好的抗肿瘤和免疫功效,但要简便制备高含量的Rh_3及Rk_2却相对困难。本文以人参皂苷Rg_3为底物,经葡萄糖苷酶催化水解后生成产物Rh_2,然后在酸性条件下,Rh_2进一步转化为两个未知化合物。反应液经前处理后,通过制备色谱纯化得到高纯度的两个未知化合物的混合物。通过质谱和核磁对未知物进行了结构确证,结果表明,两个未知化合物为Rh_3和Rk_2。
Rh3 and Rk2 have good antitumor and immune effects, but it is difficult to easily prepare high content Rh3 and Rk2. In this study,the reaction was carried out by ginsenoside Rg3 as substrate, and glucosidase biocatalysis was applied for the reaction to produce Rh2 , which was further transformed into two unknown compounds under acidic conditions. After pre treatment ,the mixture of two unknown compounds with high purity was obtained by the preparation of chromatographic puri fication. The structures of the unknown compounds were further confirmed by mass spectrometry and NMR. The results showed that the two unknown compounds were Rh3 and Rk2.
