正交试验法优化富马酸二甲酯的合成条件

摘要 对新型防腐保鲜剂富马酸二甲酯的合成方法进行了研究。考察了酸醇比、催化剂用量、回流时间、反应温度等对产品产率的影响。实验结果表明:当酸醇比为1:12,催化剂硫酸氢钠的用量为原料量的12.93%,反应温度为65℃,回流时间为5h时,产品的产率最高,可达到70.82%。 The synthetic method of dimethyl fumarate,a new antiseptic and preservative,was studied in this paper.The effects of acid-alcohol ratio,catalyst dosage,reflux time and reaction temperature on product yield were investigated.The experimental results show that when the ratio of acid to alcohol is 1:12,the amount of sodium bisulfate used as catalyst is 12.93% of the raw material,the reaction temperature is 65 ℃and the reflux time is 5 h,the yield of the product is the highest,reaching 70.82%.
