摘要
厌氧氨氧化反应功能菌世代时间长,生长条件苛刻,反应过程和脱氮效果在有机物存在的条件下极易受到影响。因此,本文在快速启动ANAMMOX反应的方法基础上,通过连续添加8种有机碳源进行批次试验,探究有机物ANAMMOX反应的影响。结果表明,不同有机物对厌氧氨氧化系统的促进作用不同,氨氧化速率从高到低依次为乙酸钠、丙酸钠、蔗糖、乳糖、淀粉、戊酸和己酸。当浓度达到300mg/L时,乙酸钠反硝化性能优于丙酸钠。以硝态氮为底物时,大分子有机物(戊酸和己酸)对提高反硝化脱氮性能帮助很小。
The anaerobic ammoxidation functional bacteria have a long generation,the growth conditions are harsh,and the reaction process and nitrogen removal efficiency are easy to be affected under the condition of the presence of organic matter.Therefore,based on the method of rapid start-up of ANAMMOX reaction,the effect of organic ANAMMOX reaction was investigated by batch test with 8 organic carbon sources.The results showed that the effects of different organic compounds on anammoxidation system were different.The order of ammonia oxidation rate was sodium acetate,sodium propionate,sucrose,lactose,starch,valproic acid and hexanoic acid from high to low.When the concentration reached 300mg/l,the denitrification performance of sodium acetate was better than that of sodium propionate.When nitrate nitrogen is used as substrate,macromolecular organics(pentanoic acid and hexanoic acid)are of little help in improving denitrification performance.
