摘要
本文主要对沸石负载磺化酞菁钴及其催化氧化硫醇进行了研究。负载实验结果表明,其最佳条件为:NaOH的用量为25mL,负载温度为40℃,负载时间为40min。催化氧化实验结果表明,其最佳条件为:氧化时间为30min,氧化温度为40℃,负载磺化酞菁钴加入量为1.75g。在此条件下可使50mL模拟含硫醇废水中硫醇浓度由100mg/L降到27.8mg/L,硫醇去除率达72.2%。
In this paper,immobilization of Sulphonated ccobalt phthalocyanine and catalytic oxidation of mercaptan were studied.Experimental results of immobilization showed the optimal conditions were:the dosage of sodium hydroxide was 25 mL,the temperature of immobilization was 40℃,the time of immobilization was 40 min.Experimental results of catalytic oxidation showed the optimal conditions were:the time of oxidation was 30 min,the temperature of oxidation was 40℃,and the dosage of immobilized sulphonated cobalt phthalocyanine was 1.75 g.Under these condition,mercaptan concentration in 50 mL simulation containing mercaptan wastewater dropped from 100 mg/L down to 27.8 mg/L,mercaptan removal rate was 72.2%.
