摘要 本次基于矿井永磁涡流耦合器的几何结构和材料特性建立其空间模型,对耦合器电磁场分布特征进行数值模拟研究。认为静态场耦合器电磁场的分布特征为磁通密度表现为两边弱中部强的特征;在磁体间的中部位置磁通密度最小,而在磁体内部的中心处磁通密度最大。瞬态场耦合器电磁场的最大磁通密度和磁感应强度与静态场相比均得到提升,这是由于涡流形成的感应磁场增强效应的影响。 Based on the geometric structure and material characteristics of the mine permanent magnet eddy current coupler,the space model is built,and the electromagnetic field distribution characteristics of the coupler are numerically simulated.It is considered that the magnetic field distribution characteristic of the static field coupler is that the magnetic flux density is characterized by the weak middle strength on both sides;the magnetic flux density in the middle position between the magnets is the smallest,but the flux density is the largest in the center of the magnet.The maximum magnetic flux density and magnetic induction intensity of the transient field coupler are improved compared with the static field,which is due to the effect of the enhanced effect of the induction magnetic field formed by the eddy current.
