摘要
本文利用传统设计方法对某大型户外LED屏散热方案进行分析,初步确定边界条件及设计方案。在此基础上基于计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,采用带浮力修正的k-ε模型对某大型户外LED屏散热方案进行精确分析。研究了不同通风散热方案的影响,确定了最优设计方案。
In this paper,the traditional design method is utilized to analyze the heat dissipation scheme for one large outdoor LED screen,then the boundary conditions and design scheme are preliminarily determined.On this basis,the k-ε model with buoyancy correction is adopted based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method to accurately analyze the heat dissipation scheme of one large outdoor LED screen.Through studying the different ventilation and heat dissipation schemes,the optimal design scheme is determined.
