Training of Innovative Lexicographers in the Age of Media Convergence and the Training System Construction

我国辞书数量多,但精品少,距辞书强国还有很大的距离,而制约我国辞书发展的关键因素就是人才的培养及其制度建设。文章从我国辞书与辞书人才现状入手,讨论辞书人才与辞书强国的关系,辞书理论与辞书人才的关系,最后阐明融媒体时代辞书人才的内涵,探讨辞书人才培养及其制度建设,包括学科基础、理论基础和体制基础建设。

China has a large number of dictionaries,but few of them are of high quality.The key factor that restricts China's lexicographical development is lexicographer training and training system construction.Based on the status quo of Chinese dictionaries and lexicographer training,this article explores into the relation between lexicographer training and building a lexicographically strong country,and between lexicographical theory and lexicographers.It finally clarifies the connotation of training innovative lexicographers in the age of media convergence,and explores into the training system construction,including the construction of the disciplinary,theoretical and system bases.
