"茶和天下"是指借助茶,调节人事,改善关系和环境,助推世界和平进程的特殊形式或手段。当今天下风云变幻,各种矛盾错综复杂、纠纷不断。根据中国的经验,茶在一定范围、一定程度上有助于缓和或缓解人与人(包括人自身)、民族与民族之间的矛盾。进入新时代,适应新形势,中华民族应弘扬中国担当的精神,在以往茶及茶文化传播的基础上,进一步创新思路,传播"茶和天下"新概念,推动"茶和天下"为人类做出新的贡献。

"Tea for a Harmonious World" refers to the special form or means by using tea to regulate personnel, to improve relationships and the environment, and to promote the peace process across the globe as well. Nowadays, the world is in a changeable situation, in which there remain all kinds of contradictions and complicated disputes. According to China’s experience, tea helps to ease and solve conflicts between people (including people themselves) and nations to a certain extent. On entering the new era and adapting to the new situation, China should bear its responsibility, and further carry forward its innovative ideas on the basis of the dissemination of tea and the tea culture in previous days, and spread the new concept of "tea for a harmonious world" so as to make new contributions to human beings.
