本文提出"茶都"之定义,简言之即为茶产业、茶文化代表人物、标志性茶事、茶文化经典集中之地。梳理了晋代至现代南京、湖州、杭州三地"茶都"的形成与兴衰。

This paper defines the tea capital as a place where the tea industry, tea culture representatives, iconic tea things, and tea culture classics are concentrated. It also sorts out the formation and vicissitude of the tea capitals of Nanjing, Huzhou and Hangzhou, from the Jin Dynasty to the modern society.
