摘要
随着社会经济的发展,地域经济发展模式也在不断变化。人力资源作为重要因素与核心力量,在区域性经济发展过程中发挥着关键作用。本文以内蒙古地区12个盟市为研究对象,通过梳理文献,利用主成分分析、聚类分析方法构建内蒙古地区人力资源水平的评价指标体系,并对2016年的人力资源指标进行解读,判断人力资源水平的区域差异,得出人力资源水平差异的聚类结果,据此提出各区域协调发展的合理化建议。
With the development of social economy,the mode of regional economic development is also changing.As the important factors and core,human resources play an important role in the process of regional economic development.Through literature review,this paper takes 12 leagues and cities in Inner Mongolia as the research object,constructs the evaluation index system of human resources level in Inner Mongolia by using principal component analysis and cluster analysis,and interprets the human resources indicators in 2016 to determine the regional differences in human resource levels,then calculates the clustering results of human resource level differences.On this basis,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the coordinated development of various regions.
