超声内镜在腹腔镜手术中的应用

Application of endoscopic ultrasonography in laparoscopic surgery

腹腔镜在临床中的应用已有百年历史,特别是近二十年来快速发展,几乎覆盖了所有的腹部手术。与此同时,超声内镜的出现使内镜技术取得了巨大的进步。超声内镜技术越来越受到重视,其应用范围也在不断扩大。从单纯的图像诊断、超声内镜引导下细针抽吸(FNA)活检阶段,再到超声内镜下介入性诊断和治疗,超声内镜技术已成为腹腔镜手术不可缺少的诊疗手段。本文就当前腹腔镜手术的研究热点,综合评价超声内镜技术在腹腔镜手术中的研究现状,着重介绍超声内镜在胃间质瘤、胰腺假性囊肿、胆管结石、膀胱癌中的应用,对其临床意义进行客观性评价。

The clinical application of laparoscopy has a history of more than 100 years,especially in the past 20 years.It has now covered almost all abdominal surgery.At the same time,the emergence of ultrasound endoscopy has made tremendous progress in endoscopic technology.Endoscopic ultrasonography has received increasing attention,and its scope of application is constantly expanding.From simple image diagnosis,endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration(FNA)biopsy stage,to endoscopic interventional diagnosis and treatment.At present,ultrasound endoscopy has become an indispensable tool for surgical laparoscopic surgery.This paper focuses on the current research hotspots of laparoscopic surgery and comprehensively evaluates the current research status of ultrasound endoscopy in laparoscopic surgery.It focuses on the application of endoscopic ultrasonography in gastric stromal tumors,pancreatic pseudocyst,choledocholithiasis and bladder tumor,and evaluates its clinical significance objectively.
