摘要 随着环境污染和能源危机问题日益突出,新能源汽车成为汽车行业新的发展趋势,其中混合动力汽车的动力耦合机构是新能源汽车研究重点之一。文章介绍了一种新的双行星排动力耦合机构,并对其结构和工作模式进行了分析,并用杠杆法与功率流方块简图相结合的方法对该双行星排耦合机构进行功率流分析研究,确定该系统产生功率循环的主要因素,为双行星排动力耦合装置的优化设计提供分析方法和依据。 With the aggravation of environmental pollution and energy crisis, new energy vehicles have become a new development trend in the automotive industry, and the power coupling mechanism of hybrid electric vehicles is one of the key research areas of new energy vehicles. In this paper, a new type of dual-planetary row coupling mechanism is introduced, and its structure and working mode are analyzed. The power flow analysis of the dual-planetary row coupling mechanism is carried out by combining the lever method with the block diagram of power flow. The main factors of generating power cycle in the system are determined. The analysis method and basis are provided for the optimal design of the dual-planetary row coupling device.
