摘要
随着汽车行业制造水平的不断提高,企业对于车身焊接总成的质量要求也越来越严格。为了进一步提高车身精度,尺寸工程的应用越来越广泛。文章以白车身前门门槛焊接边为例,抛弃传统以经验为准绳的控制策略,通过研究新的尺寸链分析思路,找到一条更为精确的尺寸分析方法,以确保满足最小焊接面大小的要求,提高车身焊接质量。尺寸链分析的方法为极限计算法和均方根计算法。
With the continuous improvement of the manufacturing level of automobile industry, the quality requirements of BIW are becoming more and more stringent. In order to improve the welding accuracy of BIW, dimensional engineering is becoming more and more widely used. In this paper, taking the welding flange of BIW front sill as an example, abandons the traditional control strategy based on experience, and finds a more precise dimensional analysis method by studying a new tolerance chain analysis, so as to ensure the minimum size of the welding surface and improve the welding quality of the body.The methods of tolerance chain are limit and root mean square calculation method.
