H点指的是人体的大腿与躯干的旋转中心,在新型三维H点装置中指座板与背板的连接中心。汽车座椅的H点位置对于车辆内部结构关键参考点及空间尺寸的确定有很大影响,并直接影响R点位置的确定和车辆乘坐的安全度与舒适度。在汽车碰撞试验中,汽车碰撞仿真分析所使用的测量假人的背板总成与座板总成也在H点进行铰接,座椅H点位置的确定是正确安装假人的前提。因此,能够更加正确且方便地标记汽车座椅H点位置的新型三维H点装置(HPM-Ⅱ)的正确使用便显得尤为重要。

H point refers to the center of rotation of the thigh and torso of the human body. In the new three-dimensional H-point device, the connection center between the seat plate and the back plate is used. The H-point position of the car seat has a great influence on the determination of the key reference point and space size of the internal structure of the vehicle, and directly affects the determination of the position of the R point and the safety and comfort of the vehicle. In the car crash test,the back panel assembly and the seat plate assembly of the measuring dummy used in the car crash simulation analysis are also hinged at point H, and the determination of the position of the seat H point is a prerequisite for the correct installation of the dummy. Therefore, the correct use of the new three-dimensional H-point device(HPM-Ⅱ), which can more accurately and conveniently mark the H-point position of the car seat, is particularly important.
