摘要
尾门漏水是项目研发阶段需要重点关注的一个问题。尾门钣金结构复杂,零部件总成居多,漏水涉及的原因复杂多样,是控制整车密封质量的难点之一。文章以某SUV车型淋雨试验为例,从零部件设计、装配质量及钣金结构三方面入手,详细介绍了尾门漏水的各种因素和相应的整改措施,为解决和规避尾门漏水问题提供参考。
Leakage of tail door is a key problem in the project development stage. Tail door sheet metal structure is complex,the majority of parts and assemblies, leakage involved in a complex variety of reasons, is one of the difficulties in controlling the quality of the vehicle seal. In this paper, taking the rain test of an SUV model as an example, starting from three aspects of component design, assembly quality and sheet metal structure, various factors of tail door leakage and corresponding rectification measures are introduced in detail, so as to provide reference for solving and avoiding tail door leakage.
