摘要
汽油发动机爆震不仅影响发动机的性能,而且引起用户的噪声抱怨。文章结合某汽油发动机爆震异响实际案例,分析研究了发动机爆震的原因,并基于爆震控制的策略,通过台架标定,优化点火提前角,成功提供了汽油机爆震的解决方案。
Gasoline engine knocking not only affects engine performance, but also causes user complaints. In this paper, the actual case of knocking noise of a gasoline engine is analyzed. Based on the strategy of knocking control, the gasoline engine-knocking problem is successfully resolved by optimizing ignition advance angle.
