摘要 为提高某重型载货汽车的动力性能,应用AVL cruise仿真软件平台,通过设置发动机和传动系统相关参数,开展基于整车系统综合性能的动力传动匹配优化设计仿真研究,建立发动机数学模型并运用最小二乘法拟合发动机万有特性曲线,优化了发动机和传动系统匹配方案,为重型载货汽车动力装置设计提供了理论和方法参考。 In order to improve the dynamic performance of a heavy-duty truck, the AVL cruise simulation software platform is applied. By setting the parameters of the engine and transmission system, the simulation research of the power transmission matching optimization design based on the comprehensive performance of the vehicle system is carried out, and the mathe-matical model of the engine is established. The least squares method is used to fit the engine characteristic curve, and the engine and transmission system matching scheme is optimized, which provides a theoretical and method reference for the design of the heavy-duty truck power plant.
