煤化工设备质量管理及进度控制问题的分析

我国经济社会的发展极大地促进了工业经济的发展,煤化工作为工业经济的重要组成部分也有着快速的发展。在开采的过程中,煤化工设备的正常运行是保证项目完成和实现的重要环节。为了切实保证煤化工设备的安全运行,提升设备质量以及项目进度的管理工作,需要对煤化工设备质量加强管理。本次研究以理论研究为背景,结合一定的实践经验,对煤化工设备质量管理及进度控制问题进行了深入地探讨和分析,并提出了控制制造的进度的相关措施。

The economic and social development in China has greatly promoted the development of industrial economy,and as an important part of industrial economy,coal chemical industry has also developed rapidly.In the process of mining,the normal operation of coal chemical equipment is an important link to ensure the completion and realization of the project.In order to ensure the safe operation of coal chemical equipment and improve the quality of equipment and the management of project schedule,it is necessary to strengthen the management of coal chemical equipment quality.Taking the theoretical research as the background,combined with certain practical experience,this study deeply discussed and analyzed the quality management and schedule control of coal chemical equipment,and put forward relevant measures to control the manufacturing schedule.
