摘要 在现阶段机电设备在状态监控、故障维修与定期检查等技术进一步发展的背景之下,设备监控系统在防止设备故障发生上起到了非常关键的作用。设备监控为促进矿井安全化生产的核心举措,还是当下矿井管理质量的标志。设备监控系统水平的高低影响着矿井生产的质量水平,还是煤矿工人生命健康的良好保障。本文从机电运输中发生事故的常见的原因,提出了增设监控系统的重要性,并且进一步说明了其优势和不足,以期为机电运输的实际工作及其检测做一定的参考。 At present,under the background of the further development of state monitoring,fault maintenance and regular inspection of electromechanical equipment,the equipment monitoring system plays a very critical role in preventing equipment faults.Equipment monitoring is the core measure to promote safe production in mines,and it is also a symbol of current mine management quality at present.The level of equipment monitoring system affects the quality level of mine production and is also a good guarantee for the life and health of coal miners.From the common causes of accidents in electromechanical transportation,this paper puts forward the importance of adding monitoring system,and further explains its advantages and disadvantages,with a view to providing some reference for the actual work of electromechanical transportation and its detection.
