煤矿应急供电电源供电质量在线监控系统设计

摘要 在对井下应急供电电源系统进行分析的基础上,设计了一套应急电源供电质量监控系统,系统硬件包括单片机组、电流、电压、频率采集模块、CAN总线控制模块,并对控制系统的软件进行了分析。设计的监控系统具有结构简单,故障诊断较为智能等优点,可以有效实现对矿井井下应急供电质量的监控,提升矿井应急供电能力。 Based on the analysis of the underground emergency power supply system,a set of emergency power supply quality monitoring system is designed.The hardware of the system includes single chip microprocessor group,current,voltage,frequency acquisition module,CAN bus control module,and the software of the control system is analyzed.The monitoring system designed has the advantages of simple structure and intelligent fault diagnosis.It can effectively monitor the quality of emergency power supply in underground mine and improve the emergency power supply capacity.
