摘要
三条肽链组成的胶原蛋白,富含于动物的骨结缔组织和皮肤中,是一种螺旋形纤维状的蛋白质。由于其独特的理化性质,胶原蛋白在多个不同领域都有特殊的应用价值。在胶原蛋白的制备过程中,分离纯化的重要性不言而喻。分离纯化一般分为预处理、粗分离和精细分离三个阶段。本文综述了有关胶原蛋白的分离纯化方法,并为将来相关领域的研究提供参考。
Collagen composed of three peptide chains,rich in animal bone connective tissue and skin,is a helical fibrous protein.Due to its unique physical and chemical properties,collagen has special application value in many different fields.In the preparing process of collagen,the importance of separation and purification is self-evident.Separation and purification are generally divided into three stages:pretreatment,crude separation and fine separation.In this paper,the methods of separation and purification of collagen are reviewed,which will provide a reference for future research in related fields.
