电厂135MW机组热控自动化系统的安装研究

Research on Installation of Thermal Control Automation System for 135 MW Units in Power Plant

随着社会经济和科学技术的不断发展,我国各行各业都在积极实现自动化、智能化,尤其是电厂中。在电厂中,机组热控自动化系统的安装是比较繁琐的,需要合理应用其方法。基于此,本文通过对电厂135MW机组热控自动化系统组成进行分析,从DCS设备安装、DCS电缆接线和敷设、ETS、TSI、DEH系统安装等方面论述电厂135MW机组热控自动化系统的安装方法。

With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,all walks of life in our country,especially power plants,are actively realizing automation and intelligence.In the power plant,the installation of the thermal control automation system of the unit is complicated and requires reasonable application for the method.Based on this,through the analysis of the composition of thermal control automation system of 135 MW units in the power plant,this paper discusses the installation method of thermal control automation system of 135 MW units in the power plant from the aspects of DCS equipment installation,DCS cable connection and installation,ETS,TSI and DEH system installation,etc.
