摘要 电力隧道内的电缆支架型式直接决定了隧道的管容与经济性。针对常用电力隧道截面,开发圆形电力隧道用自平衡电缆支架系统,提出长、短支架交替的电缆支架横担形式、拱形铰接钢环梁、预埋螺栓及垫片卡扣固定方式及静电喷涂防腐技术,利用足尺模型试验、数值模拟手段测试新型电缆支架系统的物理力学特性。研究成果的体系受力合理、提高了隧道管容,实现了无烟化施工与高耐腐蚀性能。优化后的电缆支架应用于广州地区电力隧道工程,获得了较好的工程应用效果。 The type of cable support in power tunnel directly determines the tube capacity and economy of the tunnel. For commonly used electric power tunnel section, development of the circular electric power tunnel with selfbalancing cable support system, puts forward the long and short support alternate forms of cable bracket cross arm, hinged arch steel ring beam and embedded bolts and gaskets card buckle fixed way and electrostatic spraying anticorrosion technology, using the full scale model experiment, the numerical simulation method testing the physical and mechanical properties of new type of cable support system. The system of the research results has reasonable stress, improved tunnel capacity, realized smoke-free construction and high corrosion resistance. The optimized cable support has been applied to the power tunnel project in Guangzhou, and good results have been obtained.
