摘要
针对目前装配式变电站在建设过程中有关设计、设备、施工、运维等方面的主要问题,创新提出在设计中引入"产业链化设计理念",依托数据化平台,开展三维设计,将设计、构件生产、现场施工和运行检修四大建设主体"四位一体",协同工作,形成设计主导的链式建设模式。四大建设主体协同完成装配式变电站建设,不仅能简化设计过程、缩短设计周期、提高设计精度,而且能解决装配式变电站在实施过程中的桎梏,提高施工质量,充分发挥了装配式变电站高效、绿色、节约的优势。
This paper aims at the main problems in the design, equipment, construction, operation and maintenance of the Fabricated substation in the construction process. Innovation proposes to introduce the "industrial chain design concept" in the design,This paper proposes to introduce“ industry chain design concept” in the design, relying on the data platform to carry out three-dimensional design, and designing, component production, on-site construction and operation and maintenance of the four major construction bodies “four in one”, work together to form the design. Leading chain construction mode, the four major construction entities collaborate to complete the construction of the fabricated substation, which not only simplifies the design process, shortens the design cycle, improves the design accuracy, and also solves the flaws in the implementation of the fabricated substation, improves the construction quality, It gives full play to the advantages of high efficiency, green and economy of the fabricated substation.
