摘要
"食品微生物实验"是食品科学及其相关专业的重要课程。通过对"食品微生物学实验"的教学内容、实验教学方法、实验教学管理等方面多角度进行优化,完善了"食品微生物学实验"教学体系。该教学体系的实施,可以使教学内容更合理、教学手段更多样化、教学管理更科学,进而达到较好的教学效果。
Food Microbiology Experiment is an important course in food science and related discipline. The teaching system of Food Microbiology Experiment was improved by optimizing the teaching contents,methods and management. The implementation of this teaching system could make the teaching content more reasonable,the teaching means more diversified,and the teaching management more scientific,thus achieving better teaching effect.
