浅析高校大学生创新人才培养

"创新"在社会需求和国家政策推动的大背景下越来越受到关注。我国高校人才培养教育中创新型人才已经成为趋势,在教育理念、人才培养目标、课程体系设置、师资建设等方面的改革虽有一定的成果,但仍有不足,对创新型人才培养进行研究,旨在为将来教育改革提供一点思路。

“Innovation”has been paid more and more attention under the background of social demand and national policies.Innovative personnel training have become a trend in colleges and universities. Some reforms have been carried out in the aspects of educational concept,talent cultivation objectives,curriculum system settings and construction of teaching team. Although some achievements have been made. There are some shortcomings. This paper has carried on the further research in this regard,in order to provide some ideas for the future innovation personnel training reform.
