摘要
培养创新综合应用型人才是"新工科"建设的重要内容之一,食品质量与安全作为近年来快速发展的新型工科专业,也紧跟"新工科"建设的步伐,将培养创新型高素质人才作为专业主要培养目标之一。教育教学方式的改革是达成培养创新型高素质人才目标的手段之一。以"食品理化分析"课程为例,介绍了新型教学方式PBL教学模式的引入和对学生培养的影响。经过PBL教学过程,学生的自主学习、综合思辨、交流协作和创新创造等方面能力都得到提高。
Cultivation of innovative and comprehensive applicative talents is one of the aspects of emerging engineering education construction. Food quality and safety,as one of the emerging engineeting specialties with fast speed of development,has the same cultivation target as emerging engineering education construction. Improvement of the education and teaching methods is a means of cultivating innovative and comprehensive applicative talents. In the article,the application of problem-based learning (PBL)teaching method in the course of Physical and Chemical Analysis of Food was disccused. Through the PBL teaching process,the ablities of autonomous learning,thinking and exploration,cooperation and communication,innovation and creation of students have all been improved.
