新课程改革中教师角色转换及阻抗原因分析——以喀什地区部分学校为例

摘要 新课改对教师提出了更高的要求。新课改所要求的教师角色成功转换涉及教师对课改理念的深度把握、教师分析和驾驭教材能力的不断提升,教师教育观和知识观的持续提升,对新型教学模式理论基础和实施模式的深度把握等多个维度。本文对新疆喀什地区部分基层学校教师就上述几个维度的问题进行了调查分析,总结了教师对课改产生阻抗的原因,提出了改进对策。 The new curriculum reform put forward higher requirements for teachers. The successful conversion of the teacher's role required by the new curriculum that involves deep grasp of the concept of curriculum reform;the ability to control and analysis the teaching material;the continued improvement of educational view and knowledge view;the theoretical basis and implementation mode of the new teaching mode, and so on. This paper investigates and analyzes the above dimensions of teachers in some grass-roots schools in Kashkar, and then summarizes the reasons for teachers'resistance to curriculum reform, and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement.
