摘要 杜威认为"教育即生长","教育即发展",提出教育的过程既是有机体的生长过程又是发展过程。杜威关于"发展"的观点,超越传统关于发展的理解,强调发展在有机体与环境的交互作用中动态生成,教育是一个不断改组、不断改造和不断转换的过程。杜威"发展"概念的提出为教育事业的发展提供了新的思路与契机,教育者在教育过程中以杜威"发展"概念为理论基础,转变教学观念,审视教育目的,变革教学方式,透过现象抓住本质,促进受教育者的可持续发展。 According to Dewey,"education is growth", and the process of education is both the growth process and development process of organisms. Dewey’s view on "development" changes the traditional understanding of development from a philosophical perspective, emphasizing the dynamic generation of development in the interaction between organism and environment. Education is a process of continuous restructuring, continuous reorganization and transformation. The concept of "development" proposed by Dewey provides a new thinking and opportunity for the development of education. In the process of education, educators take Dewey's concept of "development" as the theoretical basis, change the teaching concept, review the education objective, change the teaching mode, grasp the essence through the phenomenon, and promote the sustainable development of the educated.
