县级医院办公室离国家关于建立现代医院管理制度的要求还有较大差距,本文以粤北某县级医院为例,尝试梳理县级医院办公室的现状、存在的不足以及探索突破方法,并以PDCA管理工具在个案中的运用体现持续改进效果。

There is still a big gap between the county hospital office and the national requirements for establishing a modern hospital management system. This article takes a county hospital in the northern of Guangdong as an example, trying to sort out the current situation and existing deficiencies of the county hospital office, and exploring breakthrough methods. The use of PDCA management tools in individual cases reflects the continuous improvement.
