目的通过分析医院三级兼职档案员网络在等级医院复评中的实施流程和效果评价,从而探讨进一步改进的方法。方法建立组织、设定考核标准,按计划督查,与绩效挂钩。结果健全了档案质量管理组织,提高了质量控制意识;初步形成档案管理标准和电子档案信息库;档案管理质量不断提升。档案质量管理的开始期、探索期、发展期的网络质量控制参与率显著提升,档案质量合格率、整改报告执行合格率三年比较,各组数据之间,P <0. 01,具有统计学意义。结论等级医院复评三级兼职档案员网络的建立,是档案质量形成、管理和持续改进的组织保障和技术保障;其提高了档案资料的信度和效度,为评审专家组提供完整、准确、系统真实的原始档案,使医院综合档案管理在等级医院评审中发挥了重要作用。

Objective To explore the implementation process and effect evaluation of the three-level part-time archivist network in grade hospital re-evaluation for further improvement. Methods To establish organization, set assessment criteria, supervise in accordance with plans, and link with performance. Results The organization of file quality management and the awareness of quality control were improved. The file management standard and electronic file information database were initially formed;the quality of file management was continuously improved. The participation rates of network quality control of file quality management in the initial period, exploration period and development period were significantly improved. The qualification rate of file quality and the pass rate of rectification report were compared in three years. The compared data of each group was P <0.01, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The establishment of a three-level part-time archivist network for grade hospital re-evaluation is an organizational guarantee and a technical guarantee in the formation, management and continuous improvement of archive quality, improves the reliability and validity of archives, provides complete, accurate evaluation and systematic original file for expert groups and prompts the comprehensive file management in hospital to play an important role in grade hospital evaluation.
