桃红四物汤用于外伤性四肢闭合骨折患者的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on Patients with Traumatic Limb Fractures

目的探讨桃红四物汤用于外伤性四肢闭合骨折患者的疗效。方法选取2017年7月—2018年6月我院收治的96例外伤性四肢闭合性骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为西医组(48例)和中西医组(48例),西医组采取闭合复位外固定术治疗,中西医组在此基础上联合桃红四物汤治疗,并比较不同组患者临床疗效。结果治疗前,中西医组和西医组患者压痛、瘀斑、肿胀、疼痛等中医症状体征评分以及血沉、红细胞压积、全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和白介素-6(IL-6)指标水平比较差异不显著(P> 0. 05),治疗后,中西医组患者压痛、瘀斑、肿胀、疼痛等中医症状体征评分以及血沉、红细胞压积、全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、TNF-α、CRP、和IL-6指标水平均明显低于西医组(P <0. 05)。结论桃红四物汤能改善外伤性四肢闭合骨折患者压痛、瘀斑、肿胀、疼痛等中医症状体征,其可能机制为改善血液流变学和炎性反应。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction in patients with traumatic limb fractures. Methods 96 cases of traumatic limb closed fractures admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the Western Medicine Group (48 cases) and the Chinese and Western Medicine Group (48 cases). The Western Medicine Group adopted the treatment of external fixation with percutaneus locked plating, and on the basis of this treatment, the Chinese and Western medicine group also adopted Taohong Siwu Decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed. Results Before treatment, patients in the Chinese and Western medicine group and the Western medicine group got TCM symptoms such as tenderness, ecchymosis, swelling, and pain, as well as erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit, whole blood specific viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were not significantly different ( P >0.05). After treatment, TCM patients’ hematocrit, whole blood specific viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, TNF-α, CRP, and IL-6 levels were significantly lower than those of the Western medicine group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction can relieve TCM symptoms such as tenderness, ecchymosis, swelling and pain in patients with traumatic extremity fractures. The possible mechanism is to improve blood rheology and inflammatory response.
