摘要
采用磁场热处理方式对选煤用磁铁矿粉进行处理,重点研究了磁性介质粉磁性能与悬浮液稳定性之间的关系;结果表明,磁性热处理可以改变磁铁矿粉的磁性能和密度;磁铁矿粉的密度增大,重介质悬浮液的稳定性下降;粉体颗粒粒径减小,悬浮液的稳定性增大;磁铁矿粉的剩磁强度增加,悬浮液稳定性下降;磁矫顽力和饱和磁化强度对悬浮液的沉降稳定性不产生明显影响。
The method of heat treatment in magnetic field is used to treat the magnetite which is used for heavy medium coal preparation.The relationship between the magnetite properties and the stability of the heavy medium suspension is studied.The results show that the magnetic heat treatment can change the magnetic properties and the density of magnetite.When the density of magnetite increases,the stability of heavy medium suspension decreases.When the particle size of magnetite decreases,the stability of suspension increases.When the residual magnetization of magnetite increases,the stability of suspension decreases.The magnetic coercivity and saturation magnetization have no significant effect on the stability of heavy medium suspension.
