摘要
该公司煤直接液化过程污水排放量约100 t/h,且具有污染物浓度高、色度深、水质波动大、生物降解难度大等特点,主要污染物有COD、挥发酚、总酚、氨氮、有机氮、硫化物、石油类等。采用了催化氧化污水处理技术,在原生化处理前端增设高浓度有机物污水预处理装置,在生化处理后端增设臭氧氧化装置,有效降低了污水的生物毒性,提高了整体工艺的抗冲击负荷能力,减轻了对后续系统的冲击,使该污水处理装置出水稳定达标。
About 100 t/h waste water is produced during the coal direct liquefaction procedure in Ordos Liquefaction Company.The waste water has the characteristics of high pollutant concentration,high chroma,large fluctuations in quality and difficulty in biodegradation.The main pollutants in the waste water are COD,volatile phenol,total phenol,ammonia nitrogen,organic nitrogen,sulfides,petroleum,etc.The wastewater treatment technology of catalytic oxidation is adopted.The pretreatment device for high-concentration organic waste water is added at the front end of the existing biochemical treatment device,and an ozone oxidation device is added at the back end of the existing biochemical treatmen device.Thereby the biological toxicity of the sewage is effectively reduced.The load impact resistance of the overall process is improved.The impact on the subsequent system is reduced.The discharge effluent of the waste water treatment system is stable and meets the standards.
