酸碱协同催化甘油制备二甘油的研究?

Preparation of diglycerol from glyerol by acid-base synergistic catalysis

摘要 为了提高甘油醚化制备二甘油的选择性和收率,提出酸碱协同催化甘油制备二甘油的方法。首先以K_2CO_3为催化剂,通过单因素和正交实验优化工艺条件:反应温度230℃、催化剂(K_2CO_3)用量2.7 g、反应时间3 h。在优化工艺条件下,对K_2CO_3中添加活性Al_2O_3产生酸碱协同催化及甘油聚合反应动力学进行研究。相对于碱催化,酸碱协同催化下甘油转化率从30.4%提高到39.4%,二甘油收率从23.0%提高到30.2%。甘油聚合生成二甘油的反应活化能从K_2CO_3催化时的137.71降低到了123.35 kJ·mol^(-1)。结果表明,酸碱协同催化优于单一的碱催化。 In order to improve diglycerol selectivity and yield from glycerol etherification, a method for diglycerol preparation by acid-base synergistic catalysis was proposed. K2CO3 was first used as the catalyst and the process conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments under reaction temperature 230℃, catalyst dosage (K2CO3) 2.7 g and reaction time 3 h. Acid (active Al2O3)-base (K2CO3) synergistic catalysis and glycerol polymerization kinetics were studied under the optimized process conditions. Compared with base catalysis, acid-base synergistic catalysis can increase glycerol conversion from 30.4% to 39.4% and diglycerol yield from 23.0% to 30.2%. The activation energy of glycerol to diglycerol decreases from 137.11 to 123.35 kJ·mol^-1. The results show that acid-base synergistic catalysis is superior to single base catalysis.
