生物流化床中附着生物浓度与生物膜厚度的关联式研究? 被引量:1

摘要 附着生物浓度是衡量生物流化床效率的重要参数之一,研究通过理论推导和实验数据检验,证明了附着生物浓度与生物膜厚度关联的可行性。研究结果表明:生物膜厚度是关联附着生物量和流态化床层膨胀特性的重要参数;对于以形状规则尺寸均匀的微重颗粒作为生物载体,在壁面效应可忽略的生物流化床中,附着生物量、堆积床层膨胀率、流化曲线的斜率和截距都可以跟生物膜厚度及其相关参数进行线性关联,研究考察对象的关联式分别为m=0.154 9δ+0.161 8,ε0=0.005 5δ+1.128 1,n=0.028 9δ+1.212 6,logut=?7.370 6logdp+27.148,以上关联式中δ> 5μm。因此,附着生物浓度可表达为以生物膜厚度和表观液速为变量的函数,理解生物膜厚度和操作液速对附着生物浓度的影响规律,有利于实现生物流化床的稳定控制。 Attached biomass concentration is an important parameter that determines fluidized bioreactor efficiency. The feasibility of correlating attached biomass concentration and biofilm thickness was confirmed via empirical equations and experimental verification. The results indicate that biofilm thickness is an important parameter that correlates with biomass attachment and fluidized bed expansion. In a fluidized bioreactor with negligible wall effects and containing regular slight-heavy particles as bio-carriers, biomass attachment, bed expansion, fluidization-pressure drop curve can all linearly correlated with biofilm thickness as: m= 0.154 9δ+ 0.161 8,ε0 = 0.005 5δ+1.128 1, n = 0.028 9δ+1.212 6 and logut =-7.370 6logdp + 27.148 when δ> 5 μm. The attached biomass concentration can be expressed as a function of biofilm thickness and superficial liquid velocity, which helps to understand the effect of biomass thickness and operating liquid velocity on biomass concentration. The results are beneficial for stable operation of fluidized bioreactors.
