PVC/PUA半互穿网络的制备及性能?

摘要 以聚丙二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)合成了以不饱和双键封端的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯预聚体(PUA),利用PUA、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)和聚氯乙烯糊树脂(PVC)为主要原料,制备了PUA/PVC半互穿网络复合材料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)、差热扫描量热仪(DSC)等对复合材料的结构及性能进行了表征,着重考察了TMPTMA/PUA的比例对材料力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明:PUA的加入可提高复合材料的热稳定性和耐磨性;当TMPTMA/PUA比例为50/50时,材料断裂伸长率提高90.7%,耐磨性能也有一定程度的提高。 Polyurethane-acrylate pre-polymer (PUA) terminated by unsaturated bonds was synthesized using poly(propylene glycol), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) as monomers. PUA/PVC semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (SIPNs) were then prepared by cross-linking and curing of PUA, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TMPTMA) and PVC. The structure and properties of the composites were characterized by FT-IR, SEM, TGA and DSC. Effects of TMPTMA/PUA ratio on the mechanical and thermal properties of SIPNs were investigated. The results show that PUA can improve thermal stability and wear resistance of SIPNs. The elongation at break can be improved by 90.7% with a TMPTMA/PUA ratio of 50/50, and the wear resistance can be enhanced.
