摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血浆miR-144水平与吸烟的相关性。方法在2018年1月~6月的体检人群中选择T2DM患者70例,按照吸烟情况分为不吸烟组31例、戒烟组13例和吸烟组26例。收集研究对象一般资料、饮酒史、吸烟史,检测空腹血葡萄糖(GLU)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),采用定量反转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测血浆miR-144含量,分析三组人群的检测结果,评价吸烟指数与血浆miR-144的关系。结果三组人群中年龄、饮酒史、BMI,GLU,HbA1c等比较,差异均无统计学意义(F=0.184,P=0.791;χ~2=0.321,P=0.611;F=0.348,P=0.849;F=0.266,P=0.914;F=0.005,P=0.171);吸烟组血浆miR-144水平(2.14×10^(-5)±1.93×10^(-5)nmol/L)高于不吸烟组(1.15×10^(-5)±1.18×10^(-5)nmol/L)(t=5.632,P=0.021),但与戒烟组差异无统计学意义(t=0.872 4,P=0.388 3);戒烟组血浆miR-144水平(1.5×10^(-5)±2.2×10^(-5)nmol/L)与不吸烟组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.179,P=0.244 1);吸烟指数与血浆miR-144水平呈正相关(r=0.915,P<0.001)。结论吸烟导致T2DM患者血浆miR-144水平升高,血浆miR-144水平与吸烟指数呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma miR-144level and smoking in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 70patients with T2DM were selected from the physical examination population from January to June,2018,and divided into non-smoking group(31cases),smoking cessation group(13cases)and smoking group(26cases)according to smoking status.General information,drinking history and smoking history of the subjects were collected.Fasting blood glucose(GLU)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were detected.Plasma mir-144content was detected by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results There were no significant differences in age,drinking history,BMI,GLU and HbA1camong the three groups(F=0.184,P=0.791;χ^2=0.321,P=0.611;F=0.348,P=0.849;F=0.266,P=0.914;F=0.005,P=0.171).Plasma miR-144level(2.14×10^-5±1.93×10^-5nmol/L)in smoking group was higher than that in non-smoking group(1.15×10^-5±1.18×10^-5nmol/L),(t=2.271,P=0.026 5).But there was no significant difference between smoking and smoking cessation groups(t=0.872 4,P=0.388 3).There was also no significant difference in plasma miR-144between the smoking cessation group(1.5×10^-5±2.2×10^-5nmol/L)and the non-smoking group(t=1.179,P=0.2441).Smoking index was positively correlated with plasma miR-144level(r=0.915,P<0.001).Conclusion Smoking increased the plasma miR-144level in T2DM patients,and the plasma miR-144 level was positively correlated with smoking index.
