摘要
目的了解2006~2018年中国联勤保障部队第900医院表皮葡萄球菌的分布及耐药性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集2006年1月~2018年12月医院留取的血培养瓶标本,共分离出表皮葡萄球菌369株。利用Walkaway96 Plus全自动分析仪对表皮葡萄球菌的药敏试验结果数据进行回顾性统计分析,数据统计采用WHONET5.6软件完成。结果 2006年~2018年血培养标本中共分离出葡萄球菌1 014株,其中表皮葡萄球菌369株占36.39%,金黄色葡萄球菌305株占30.08%,人葡萄球菌及其亚种153株占15.09%,溶血葡萄球菌124株占12.23%,其他葡萄球菌63株占6.21%。369株表皮葡萄球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺的敏感性较高;对青霉素、阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾、苯唑西林耐药性最严重,均在77.78%以上;无万古霉素耐药的表皮葡萄球菌;耐甲氧西林的表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE)检出率高达77.78%。结论表皮葡萄球菌的耐药性呈逐年增加的趋势,应引起临床的高度重视,临床治疗时,及时行药敏试验指导临床治疗抗生素的使用。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance of the Staphylococcus epidermidis causing infections from blood in 900Hospital of the Joint Logistics Team,so as to provide an optimal antimicrobial therary.Methods Collected the results of blood culture from Jan 2006to Dec 2018,369strains of the Staphylococcus Epidermidis were identified by using Walkaway 96Plus automatic analyzer,and the date of the drug susceptibility testing were statistically analyzed.Statistical analysis was ran by WHONET5.6Statistical software.Results A total of 1 014strains of Staphylococcus were isolated from 2006to 2015,including 369(36.39%)strains S.Epidermidis,305(30.08%)strains Staphylococcus aureus,153(15.09%)strains Staphylococcus hominis,124(12.23%)strains of Staphylococcus haemolyticus,and 63(6.21%)strains of other Staphylococcus.A total of 369strains of Staphylococcus were highly sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid.No vancomycin resistant isolate was found.While the S.Epidermidis showed high resistance to penicillin,amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and oxacillin all over 77.78%.None strains was resistant to vancomycin.The rate of meticillirr resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis(MRSE)was 77.78%.Conclusion S.Epidermidis had severe resistance to normal antibiotics.Clinicians should pay more attentions to the S.Haemolyticus.It is important to choose the antibiotics according susceptibility test.
