APN排班护理模式应用于重症医学科护理管理中价值研究

Value Study of APN Scheduling Nursing Mode Applied in Nursing Management of Intensive Care Department

目的研究APN排班护理模式应用于重症医学科护理管理中的价值。方法随机抽取于2017年7月—2018年7月至该院工作的24名重症护理人员作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将所有人员分作A组与B组,每组12名。对A组护理人员采取传统排班模式,对B组护理人员采取APN排班护理模式,观察对比两组护理人员在实施排班护理模式前后的抑郁与焦虑评分以及实施后的护理质量水平。结果两组护理人员在实施排班护理模式之后,其抑郁与焦虑评分均得到了有效改善(P<0.05)。并且相较于A组,B组的抑郁与焦虑评分降低更显著(P<0.05);B组护理人员的护理质量水平明显高于A组(P<0.05)。结论将APN排班护理模式应用于重症医学科护理管理中,能够有效改善护理人员的心理情绪,同时还能够提升整体护理质量,具有较高的实际使用价值,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the value of APN scheduling nursing model in nursing management of intensive care.Methods 24 intensive care workers who worked in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly selected as subjects. A random number table was used to classify all patients into group A and group B, with 12 cases in each group.The traditional shift mode was adopted for the group A nursing staff, and the APN scheduling nursing mode was adopted for the group B nursing staff. The depression and anxiety scores of the two groups of nursing staff before and after the implementation of the shift nursing mode and the quality of care after the implementation were compared. Results After the implementation of the shift nursing model, the two groups of nursing staff improved their depression and anxiety scores(P<0.05).Compared with group A, the depression and anxiety scores of group B were significantly lower(P<0.05);the quality of care of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the APN scheduling nursing model to the nursing management of intensive care departments can effectively improve the psychological emotions of nursing staff,and at the same time improve the overall quality of care. It has high practical use value and is worthy of promotion.
